A465 Heads of the Valleys to top of Glynneath bank
At roundabout take 2nd exit SP Merthyr Tydfil
In 0.5 mile at roundabout take 3rd exit A4059 SP Aberdare
Mind Speed Camera in 50 yards - 30 mph limit!
In 1.5 miles at roundabout take 1st exit SP A4059 Aberdare
In 1 mile at roundabout take 2nd exit SP A4059 Cardiff/Mountain Ash
In 0.3 mile at roundabout take 2nd exit SP A4059 Cardiff/Mountain Ash
Pass Tesco's and McDonalds'
In 0.5 mile at roundabout next to McDonalds' take 1st exit SP A4059 Cardiff/Mountain Ash
In 0.25 mile at roundabout take 2nd exit SP P 385 spaces
Pass Swimming Pool on right and continue through car park to Sports Centre gateway and drive
Immediately in front of Sports Centre turn left into the service road
Changing rooms in separate block at rear of Sports Centre
